Complaint: Computer will not turn on

Causes: Multiple hardware possibilities

Fixes:  Couple different things to try, this is basically a "remove / test this item" type of repair

1. Test PSU (Power Supply Unit)  If that passes, we move onto...
2. Remove cards / PCI, Video, Fax modem, etc, test; if passes, then great! If not...
3. Disconnect all drives, test
4. Try alternate PSU
5. If nothing has worked by now, it's either the motherboard or processor that is probably gone.  They can be replaced, but usually cheaper to buy a new PC
